Make an outside envelope to hold the card
Find a square piece of paper large enough for your greeting card. To check if your card fits this piece of paper, rotate the square so it looks like a diamond. Fold the left and right corners together. Place your card horizontally over these two folded corners – if the card fits the border of the square, the piece of paper is the right size.
Position the square on the diamond position and draw an ‘X’ from the corners. Rotate the paper 90 degrees, line up the ruler again from corner to corner, and draw a line along the ruler with a pencil.
Place your card inside the envelope and stick it with tape or sticker. After your card is firmly in the envelope, fold down Triangle D and attach it with the sticker. Also, place the double-sided tape along the inner edges of Triangle D and close the top of the envelope, pressing down to secure it to the bottom of the envelope.
