New Year’s Eve 3D card 2024 – New gift for a new year, a new version.
2023, a year of many changes, is coming to an end. Looking back on the old year, what achievements have you gained? Or even if you have gained nothing big, do not worry about that or be upset because I believe you are still on your journey of finding your value, you do not stop, you just somehow have slower steps than others and one day you are going to work it out. Have an athletic belief in yourself! For me, 2023 is a meaningful year with some changes in both my inner and outside. At some particular age, it is a must that everyone has to be mature, adjusted, and of course, it is not an exception for me. My changes are not something considerable, but I think it is significant for you to develop, it is the change in mindset and the change in daily activities. If you are interested, just keep on reading this, and keep on putting yourself in my story.
Mindset – a big change that I made
Back a few years ago, when I was in high school, my world at that time was tiny, it was just attached to a small hometown, a small school, small groups of friends, and a small family. Studying to have a chance to enter a prestigious university is all that I know, my family of course put much pressure on me. I was not a good student, to be honest, I was not good at any kind of subjects taught at school, everything was just medium. I had three main subjects to deal with, and I had no idea of what to do, I rushed to the school, but my grade did not improve. I was lost at that time, did not know what my value was, and compared to some of my brilliant friends, I was nothing. Then one day, I accidentally watched a Ted video on YouTube, also the video changed my whole life for good, the title of the video was “Consistency is the key”, and the title of this video talks it all. After that, I applied what I have learned in this video to my real life, that is, instead of learning so many, or in the other word, learning the quantity, I split every subject into each important part, and then practiced the exercises related to each part times to times. Finally, my hard work paid off, and I got the grade that I had thought was a dream for me, but now it is real. The key point is that you must be consistent. Not just in learning, the theory of consistency can be applied to all sectors of life, all that you need is unstoppable discipline, I can give you motivation but discipline.
Significant improvement in my physical health

In my opinion, a strong mindset must go with a strong body, no need for a well-built body with muscles or packs, it is all about a healthy body, if you do not have time for going to the gym, you can also spend just 30 minutes a day walking, riding or rope skipping, remember it is all about being healthy. I always spend more than 1 hour working out, it helps me remove stress and recreate more positive energy, I don’t know but working out or staying healthy makes me more confident, and my mind is somehow more open. So don’t waste your time, go out and do some exercise.
Difficult it is, but trust me, if you gain an insight into the power of consistency and a good health, you can unlock your unlimited potential, the issue is just you – “want or don’t want”.
